All orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday excluding federal holidays within the United States. |

All stock items are generally shipped within 24-72 hours of receipt of payment from Credit Card Company. |

All shipments are done by UPS (United Postal Service) and USPS (United States Postal Service). For next day service your order must be in our store by 12 noon.
Note:
- For all next day services please make a follow up call to our store, this will make it easier for both parties should any problem arise due to payment problems.
- Should you receive an item and see that the shipping box has visual damages caused by shipping, please DO NOT ACCEPT the package and have the delivery person return the package to us.
- All shipping and handling fees are Non-Refundable.
- Once an item is used, it is NOT RETURNABLE.
- All Non-defective products that are returned to Cricketzoneusa.com are subject to a 15% Re-Stocking fee.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase of your equipment (goods), please return it within 7 days in its original condition (boxes, package, plastic, label, etc.).
Should any dispute of sales or cancellation of any order arise we will refund you within 21 business days.
Note:
- Personalized products, abdo guards, jock straps and other undergarments are non-returnable because of hygiene reasons.
If you are returning items due to error on our part, we will be happy to refund the delivery charges incurred by you in sending the item back to us.
- You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty.
