Shipping & Delivery

We use the following carriers to deliver our orders: UPS, USPS and FedEx. The rate charged for shipping is based on the weight of your products and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be. You will have a chance to place your order if you chose to or not. Items in stock will usually take 2-3 business days to be shipped out. A tracking number will be provided once your order had been shipped. If you do not receive tracking information within six days of placing your order then feel free to contact us.

Shipping Policy

  • All orders are shipped either by FedEx, UPS, or US Postal Service. 
  • Orders are shipped within 24-48 hours after confirmation of orders.
  • We will send you a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.  
  • A tracking number will be provided for all packages so you can easily trace your order.
  • Delivery in 3-7 business days after placing your order.  

Order placed after 2:00 p.m. EST will be processed the following business day. Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. EST on a Friday or on the weekend will be processed on Monday.

International Shipping Policy

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping charges and available service will vary based on package weight and country of destination. For international shipments you may or may not have to pay import duties and taxes. It’s your responsibility to check if your country has any such laws. Please note that international shipping rates apply to all locations outside the 48 contiguous United States, including Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico.

Returns & Replacements

  • Your purchased item must be in original unused condition to be returned.
  • The item can only be returned or replaced within 14 days of your purchase.
  • Some items cannot be returned if they are opened. Merchandise that has been used or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
  • If your clothing item is in like new condition, you may exchange your clothing item for a different size or color.
  • The shipping cost to return or exchange an item will not be covered by us. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling charges that you paid for on the order.
  • If you have a product that is defective, we will replace it with the exact item. If that item is not available we will find another item of equal or lesser value and specification. The replacement will be sent once we receive the defective item from you. Please note that return product must be in the original packaging, as provided by the manufacturer, for your return to be processed.
  • Customer is responsible for all risk of loss and damage to products being shipped for return. 
  • Please fully insure return shipment in case of loss or damage.
  • Please use a carrier that is able to provide you with proof of delivery such as UPS, FedEx or USPS Priority. This is for your protection as well as to ensure quick action on your return.

Returns & Refunds

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you are entitled to a full refund of your money back guarantee within 14 days ONLY. Merchandise must be fully returned with all original packing products such as containers, boxes or bag liners. All items sold by must be returned as per our Policy and Agreement. Physically damaged items cannot be returned. If you plan on returning the item after 14 days any product received are subject to our 15% re-stocking fee. Customers must contact Cricket Zone & Trophy World., for a Return Authorization Number (RA#) before returning any merchandise.  No returns will be accepted without an RA#.

Any damaged, lost or missing items must be reported within 24 hours or claim to be issued.  All shipments are insured from the carrier service that delivers your package. You must initialize the claim with the carrier company upon receiving your damage goods. All contents and packaging must be kept intact until the claim process has been processed. Any monetary settlements will be directly sent to the customer from the carrier.  This settlement may take from 30-90 days for the final settlement or longer based on the carrier.
